PRATU is involved in many aspects of poultry science including nutrition and physiology; health and welfare; disease; production and environment. There are research projects in all these areas funded both internally and externally. We also have a well-established necrotic enteritis model for studying the efficacy of health products and nutritional supplements in the provention of necrotic enteritis in a commercially relevant model system.
