The University of Adelaide specialises in providing courses relating to wine and food, health sciences, biological sciences, physical sciences, information technology and telecommunications, environmental sciences and social sciences. The majority of subjects related to agriculture are delivered at the Roseworthy campus, with some subjects delivered at the Waite and North Terrace campuses.The University of Adelaide is a Participant in the Poultry CRC.

- Bachelor of Agriculture. This program provides training and practical experience in all aspects of agriculture including agricultural applications, marketing, financial management and business studies. Students are trained in the practical and managerial skills required to operate a farm at the Roseworthy Campus with its farm, dairy, piggery, sheep, feedmill and cropping facilities.
