AIRG 2008: the 10th meeting of the Avian Immunology Research Group
Where: Sea World Nara Resort, Queensland, Australia
When: June 24 to June 27, 2008
Every two years, this conference brings together a dynamic group of researchers with a diversity of expertise.
Usually alternating between Europe and the USA, 2008 will see a break in the traditional migration pattern, with Australia hosting this current flock of immunologists.
The conference will cover many aspects of avian immunology from genomics and immune regulation to manipulation of host-pathogen interactions. In the conference framework many pathogens will be discussed with avian influenza providing a particular focus.
