  • Ratites (emus and ostriches) – welfare, production systems, product development and quality assurance Integrated farming systems.

Specific Interests

  • Develop worlds' best practice methods to improve husbandry, welfare and production in poultry & ratites (emus, ostriches)
  • Develop integrated farming systems to treat poultry waste
  • Communicate these findings by appropriate media packages to facilitate uptake of technology.
