The  “Medium Employer of the Year 2017”  Award was presented to the Darwalla Group of Queensland.  This award category recognises medium size businesses that have achieved excellence in the provision of nationally recognised training to its employees. Darwalla Group was awarded the Medium Employer of the Year for showcasing best practice, promoting continuous improvement and for innovation in the design and delivery of training.

Darwalla is a fully integrated poultry producer with breeding, hatching and growing facilities supported by feed milling, catching and transport operations. Their focus on quality and adherence to the RSPCA Approved Farming Scheme ensures that they are highly regarded within the industry.

With a firm belief that employees are its most valuable asset, Darwalla Group assists employees in reaching their full potential through education.
