All staff members undergo training, including non-accredited internal programs and accredited courses in poultry production, competitive systems, leadership and management. Upskilling existing workers has prepared these individuals for their current and future roles with the business and improved safety for everyone involved. The main areas highlighted from the Darwalla training programs were the training innovation at Darwalla Group, the integration of training and skills into Darwalla’s operations, the design and development of training demonstrating excellence and innovation and the company’s commitment to equity. Examples of the achievements that were attributed to training, and how these achievements have improved our business were also highlighted.
To win this award is a significant achievement that recognises Darwalla as the best in our category “Medium Employer of the Year” across the state. This award also highlights our success in training and skills and provides Darwalla with the opportunity to utilise this prestigious acknowledgement for our future success.
