Poultry CRC will fund up to 10 research projects during the 2015-2016 financial year, each up to the value of AUD100,000, as part of the Poultry CRC Strategic Funding. The aim of the call is to encourage scientists to engage in innovative, applied research to solve problems faced by the Australian poultry industry.
The criteria for applications:
- The proposal must be innovative, applied research with a reasonable probability to deliver direct outcomes to industry;
- The duration of the project must not exceed 12 months;
- The budget must not exceed AUD100,000 in total, excluding GST; and
- The principal investigator must come from an institute with a proven track record in poultry research. If the institute is not a current Participant in the Poultry CRC, it must be willing to join.
